At LondonHouse Chicago, we are committed to preserving the privacy and comfort of our guests while creating a welcoming environment for memories to be captured. Guests are welcome to use hand-held cameras, including smartphones and compact cameras, for personal use throughout our hotel and rooftop venue, LH Rooftop. We encourage you to capture the breathtaking views and your special moments.

Note: Personal photography is defined as non-commercial, casual photos intended for personal memory collection and not for promotional or commercial use.

2. Professional Equipment and Photography:

Any photography session involving additional equipment (such as tripods, external lights, reflectors, drones, etc.) requires prior approval from our management team. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and privacy of all our guests.

Professional photography, including but not limited to commercial photoshoots, wedding, engagement, bridal, or group photography, must be coordinated and approved in advance. These sessions typically involve more complex setups and can impact the experience of other guests.

3. Approval Process:

For approval of professional photography or use of additional equipment in the hotel or at LH Rooftop, please contact sales@londonhouse.com to begin the approval process and discuss any necessary arrangements or fees.

Please include the nature of the photoshoot, the expected number of people involved, the date and time, and any specific requests or needs for your session.

4. Courtesy and Conduct:

We ask all our guests to be mindful of their surroundings and respectful of other guests' experiences. Please avoid obstructing views, pathways, or access to any venue areas.

LondonHouse Chicago reserves the right to halt any photography sessions that disrupt the comfort or privacy of other guests or violate any of the above policies.
