We're raising a glass to Mother Earth this April with the return of one of our favorite collaborations! LondonHouse Chicago is once again teaming up with B-Cycled Bottles, a local small business focused on creative upcycling, for an Earth Day celebration that's equal parts luxurious and sustainable.
In honor of Earth Day (April 22) and Cinco de Mayo (May 5), we're bringing back our limited-time cocktail experience — this year with two offerings, each served in one-of-a-kind upcycled glassware handcrafted by B-Cycled Bottles right here in Chicago. Your cocktail comes in a repurposed vessel transformed into a beautiful drinking glass, and yes — you get to take it home.
Sip sustainably and keep the glass. It's the perfect eco-conscious souvenir.
Mi CieloBack by popular demand, Mi Cielo — Spanish for "My Heaven" — is served in a repurposed Clase Azul decanter turned rocks glass. This refreshing, flavor-forward mix is made with Clase Azul Reposado Tequila, fresh-pressed cantaloupe juice, house-made Mallorca melon tea syrup, cherry vanilla bitters, and a watermelon powder rim. Bright, smooth, and just the right amount of sweet. The cocktail is $50 and the glass is yours to keep. |
Purple Rain Sangria — New for 2026This year, we're adding something new to the lineup. The Purple Rain Sangria is as striking as it sounds — a vibrant, floral blend of Ketel One Peach Orange Blossom vodka, Riesling, pear, lemon, and Butterfly Pea Flower, served over ice and topped with an orchid. That color is not a filter. True to the B-Cycled spirit, it's served in a Ketel One Peach Orange Blossom bottle that's been cut and finished into a rocks glass — another beautiful bottle given a second life. |
This collab wouldn't be possible without Brandon Eckenrode, the founder of B-Cycled Bottles. What started as a DIY party favor idea in 2015 has since grown into a globally loved brand giving empty bottles a second life. Brandon partners with bars and restaurants to collect specific glass bottles — transforming them into stylish, durable glassware now found in homes across 13 countries.
Each B-Cycled glass is a little work of art, designed to celebrate sustainability without sacrificing style.

Whether you're in town for Earth Day, planning a spring rooftop outing, or just looking for an excuse to try something new, these cocktails are the perfect way to toast the planet. Join us at LondonHouse Chicago between April 22 and May 5 (or while supplies last!) for this limited-time offering.
Because when sustainability looks and tastes this good, why not make it part of the celebration?
