Served daily from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, this delightful afternoon tea experience is a celebration of renewal, indulgence, and the beauty of springtime in Chicago.
Crafted by Executive Chef Elizabeth Sweeney and Pastry Chef Thomas Gorczyca, this year’s menu is bursting with bright flavors, fresh ingredients, and artful presentation. Whether you’re savoring a classic scone or indulging in a creative pastry, every bite is designed to capture the essence of spring.
Our savory selection highlights the season’s best produce and bold flavors, including:
🌱 Asparagus Tart – A delicate bite featuring grilled asparagus tips, garlic and herb Boursin cheese, and a balsamic reduction drizzle.
🍃 Spring Vegetable Quiche – A light and flavorful combination of red bell pepper, broccoli, zucchini, and Barber’s English Cheddar.
🐟 Tuna Cucumber Cup – A refreshing, bite-sized delight with spicy tuna, tobiko, and chili oil.
🌿 Pea Falafel – A fresh take on a classic, made with English peas, vegan tzatziki, and dill.
